CRADLE+: Canadian Remote Access for Dementia Learning Experiences+ and Care Partners Education include stories of people living with dementia, their care providers, as well as family and friend care partners.
With rich media and interactive features, you will learn about the individuals in these stories and what is important to them, explore person-centred, evidence-informed approaches to dementia care, and learn how to apply them to real-life care scenarios.
